  • Drive Efficiency and Improvement: Collaborate with and consult process owners and managers to identify and implement innovative solutions that improve and streamline our processes.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with business process in a CRM platform (Salesforce is a plus!), with a deep understanding of its data model.
  • Strong data handling skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or a similar tool (and experience with datasets of over 100,000 records).
  • A solid understanding of relational databases and the ability to work with data from multiple tables.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment.
  • A critical thinker with a passion for quality, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine desire to support others.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.

If you are a data-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented individual with a passion for CRM, we would love to hear from you!

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like an annual bonus, paid vacation, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
