Our challenge
We are seeking an experienced Google Analytics Expert (GA4) to lead digital analytics initiatives for enterprise web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking, campaign attribution, and analytics reporting. This role will partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and optimize digital experiences.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across enterprise websites and mobile applications.
- Design and implement tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Define and maintain event tracking and measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop dashboards and executive reports using Looker Studio (preferred) or similar BI tools.
- Validate analytics implementations and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies.
- Configure and maintain UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and marketing performance measurement.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams to improve digital performance.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure the accuracy of analytics reporting.
- Create documentation for tracking specifications, implementation standards, and reporting processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience with event tracking, custom events, and conversion measurement
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and web analytics best practices
- Experience building dashboards using Looker Studio (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and data validation skills
- Experience with UTM tracking and campaign attribution
- Knowledge of website performance metrics, user engagement, and conversion optimization
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Experience with enterprise-scale websites and mobile applications
- Experience integrating GA4 with BigQuery or other data platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or other analytics platforms is a plus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics or Web Analytics.
- GA4 implementation and enterprise analytics experience preferred.

- JavaScript for analytics implementation
- A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target)
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain
