Supply Network Planning Analyst

Global pharmaceutical company

Jacksonville, FL | Hybrid | $50.44/hr W2

Contract Term: 18 months with a likely extension


Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Supply Network Planning Analyst to support supply, inventory, distribution planning, analytics, and reporting.


U.S. Citizen or Permanent Green Card holder required.

W2 only; no C2C.


Responsibilities

  • Support supply network planning, net requirements, RCCP, MPS, and distribution planning.
  • Analyze Finished Goods, Raw Materials, WIP, and SLOB inventory.
  • Identify inventory risks, shortages, excesses, and optimization opportunities.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and develop scenario/what-if analyses.
  • Support safety stock, inventory optimization, and planning parameter improvements.
  • Review distribution forecasts, receipts, inventory transfers, and deployment exceptions.
  • Monitor STO, PO, and SO lifecycles.
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Automate recurring planning and inventory reporting.
  • Build and maintain data workflows using Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Digital, Data & Analytics, and site teams.
  • Support AI-enabled analytics solutions and ad-hoc analytical requests.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience translating large datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of supply, inventory, distribution, or network planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Green Card holder required.
  • W2 only; no C2C.


Preferred

  • RCCP, MPS, net requirements, deployment planning, IBP/S&OP.
  • SAP, OMP, Kinaxis, or similar planning systems.
  • Inventory entitlement, safety stock, SLOB, or inventory optimization.
  • Microsoft Copilot Agents, Databricks Genies, or similar AI-enabled analytics.
  • Python or advanced analytical programming.
  • APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP.
