We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Ecommerce Sales Analyst to support key online retail accounts, including Amazon and Walmart. This role will focus on inventory planning, forecasting, sales reporting, promotional analysis, and catalog management to help drive ecommerce growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, traffic, and profitability data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support inventory planning, replenishment, and forecasting activities for ecommerce customers.
• Monitor product performance and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for sales and operational teams.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, item attributes, and digital content across ecommerce platforms.
• Assist with new item setups, catalog updates, and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in ecommerce, sales analytics, reporting, forecasting, supply chain, or related functions.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Amazon, Walmart, or other ecommerce channels is preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: $63,000
