Logistics Operations Analyst at BairesDev

As a Logistics Operations Analyst, you will manage and streamline our global supply chain and logistics processes to ensure maximum efficiency. You will coordinate international shipments while optimizing inventory and procurement workflows to support seamless business operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and procurement operations to support organizational needs.
• Coordinate international shipping and courier logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Build and maintain analytical models to track inventory, analyze costs, and optimize stock levels.
• Oversee ticketing systems to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Analyze existing logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or inventory operations.
• Proven expertise in international shipping and courier coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ticketing systems, operational workflows, and process analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
