Data Modeler (Erwin / MDM) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll contribute to the data modeling workstream of an active MDM implementation, working with Erwin across different data sources as part of a collaborative team. Combining solid data modeling fundamentals with insurance domain knowledge, you'll help build the data structures that underpin master data governance across the organization. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain data models across multiple data sources as part of an MDM implementation.
• Work with Erwin to design logical, physical, and conceptual data models.
• Collaborate with fellow data modelers and the project manager to ensure consistent delivery.
• Apply insurance domain knowledge to inform accurate and meaningful data structures.
• Support data visualization efforts to communicate models and relationships to stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling or a related data discipline.
• Solid foundation in data modeling methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Erwin Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with insurance industry data structures and concepts.
• Background in data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
