Data Analyst (Python) at BairesDev

As a Data Analyst (Python), you will analyze datasets and build reports to support business decisions. You will act as a link between raw data and strategic insights, working with queries and dashboards to provide clear and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into usable formats for analysis.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key metrics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data and support business intelligence efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Communicate technical findings as actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical field.
• Proven expertise in using Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and statistical analysis.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases.
• Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and reports using industry-standard BI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
