Lead the AI Enablement for top global commodities firm

Help drive AI adoption and process improvement within a global commodities and agricultural manufacturing business. This AI Enablement Analyst role sits at the intersection of business operations, analytics, and technology, working directly with commercial, operations, logistics, and finance teams to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions.

You will design and build reporting automation, data workflows, process improvements, and AI-powered tools that help teams make better decisions and operate more efficiently. Working closely with both business stakeholders and technology teams, you'll translate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions while driving adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in analytics, finance, operations, trading, data, or technology roles, along with experience using Python, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and automation. Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or LLM-based solutions is highly desirable.
