About The Department
- Performance & Attribution (Eq/Bal) team provides critical portfolio insights that support investment decisions and client reporting. The team collaborates with advisory, risk, investment, compliance, and legal partners to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs. You will work in a collaborative, analytical environment and gain exposure to advanced portfolio analytics and cross-functional stakeholders.
- You will analyze portfolio performance, attribution, and risk metrics.
- You will validate data and resolve exceptions.
- You will create insightful performance commentary.
- You will identify and fix complex data issues.
- You will ensure timely report delivery.
- You will build custom reports and queries.
- You will review GIPS composite inclusion.
- You will enhance data quality and reporting coverage.
- You will strengthen validation and control processes.
- You will provide performance and risk consulting.
- You will address stakeholder queries effectively.
- You will manage incoming requests efficiently.
- You will collaborate with internal and external teams.
- You will lead or support project initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or quantitative field.
- 6+ years in asset management or financial services.
- Experience with portfolio performance and risk.
- CFA, FRM, or CIPM preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets.
- Experience with FactSet or Aladdin platforms.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Programming in Python, SQL, or Alteryx.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Effective time and priority management.
