About The Department

• Performance & Attribution (Eq/Bal) team provides critical portfolio insights that support investment decisions and client reporting. The team collaborates with advisory, risk, investment, compliance, and legal partners to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs. You will work in a collaborative, analytical environment and gain exposure to advanced portfolio analytics and cross-functional stakeholders.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

• You will analyze portfolio performance, attribution, and risk metrics.
• You will validate data and resolve exceptions.
• You will create insightful performance commentary.
• You will identify and fix complex data issues.
• You will ensure timely report delivery.
• You will build custom reports and queries.
• You will review GIPS composite inclusion.

Strategic Responsibilities

• You will enhance data quality and reporting coverage.
• You will strengthen validation and control processes.
• You will provide performance and risk consulting.
• You will address stakeholder queries effectively.

Team & Collaboration

• You will manage incoming requests efficiently.
• You will collaborate with internal and external teams.
• You will lead or support project initiatives.

What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or quantitative field.
• 6+ years in asset management or financial services.
• Experience with portfolio performance and risk.
• CFA, FRM, or CIPM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets.

Technical Skills

• Experience with FactSet or Aladdin platforms.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Programming in Python, SQL, or Alteryx.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective time and priority management.

Work Shift Timings - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
