KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support retail business planning and performance management through regular reporting, analysis and insights, ensuring timely and accurate information to support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse retail performance across brands, categories, campaigns and key business metrics, identifying opportunities, risks and actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Coordinate and manage key retail processes, including budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, campaign tracking, incentive programmes and other commercial initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency by standardising reporting, enhancing business tools and identifying opportunities for automation and simplification of recurring activities.
- Leverage AI and digital technologies to improve productivity, reporting and business insights, while promoting data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working across the Retail function.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Retail Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years (Analyst), 4-6 years (Assistant Manager) or 6+ years (Manager) of experience in business analysis, retail operations, commercial planning, business performance management or related fields. Experience in luxury retail, shopping destinations, consumer or commercial environments preferred.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools preferred. Knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, automation and reporting is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of retail performance drivers, business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity, analytics and automation tools, with the ability to apply AI solutions to improve business efficiency and decision-making.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
