该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、产品经验分析：追踪公司业务成本品质趋势，多维度建模预测及归因，提供量化结论及建议。 2、医疗成本分析：结合内外部数据，医疗发生率、成本及账单结构及趋势分析，挖掘公司业务潜在增长点或风险点 3、成本建模预测：应用机器学习模型、数据挖掘技术分析挖掘业务成本数据，建立相关的成本分析预测模型，并通过预实纠偏迭代完善。
任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，精算/数学/统计等相关专业 2、熟练使用SQL语言，掌握Python/R且擅长编程者优先考虑 3、熟悉常用的统计学习方法和机器学习算法，有较好的文字、数据、图表呈现能力 4、通过三门或以上精算资格考试课程
