About The Role

  • Support the GKAM organization by providing business transparency, performance analytics, and strategic insights, to achieve top line and profitability target.
  • Serve as bridge between Global Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to ensure consistent business steering and informed decision-making.
  • Support CPU excellence, price and profit management for GKAM team


How You Will Do It

  • Business Performance Management
  • Develop and maintain business performance analysis. Monitor and analyze KPIs including NS, Sales Volume, CM1, CM2, Selling Cost, Cost-to-Serve, Lab Cost, Products/Plants Complexity, Customer Profitability
  • Monitor business performance trends, identify deviations from targets, and support root cause analysis to highlight improvement opportunities. Ensure transparency of account business performance and identify performance gaps.
  • Support the use of AI-enabled analytics and digital tools to improve data analysis, generate insights, and drive data-based decision making.
  • Reporting & Data Visualization
  • Build and maintain standardized reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report harmonization across accounts.
  • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency reduce manual effort and enhance data availability.
  • Account Support
  • Support annual budget planning and long-term strategic planning, through data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide analytical support for account roadmap development/update.
  • Support management presentations and business reviews, and ad hoc analyses to support decision making.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Supervisor


What We Look For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Working Experience: 0 - 3 years relevant business experience, preferably in the Automotive and/ or Chemical industry
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
