- Harness data points to form a 360 view of the journeys our consumers, fans and families take across our digital touchpoints and use these to represent the voice of the consumer across the LEGO Group through the creation of reporting and insights
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards to monitor and communicate consumer metrics and trends locally and globally
- Ensure compliance with local data protection regulations and internal policies whilst identifying risks related to data quality and integrity
- Understand performance from a holistic view, transferring raw data into measurable insights using data points from quantitative and qualitative platforms
- Drive communication of our consumers’ voice through provision of NPS analysis, reviewing surveys and contacts to assess performance and trends
- Work with business teams to define analytic questions, scopes of work and align on priorities, and collaborate globally with colleagues
- Examine, interpret, and deliver results of quantitative and qualitative data to stakeholders, presenting overviews at operational meetings
- Support local Resource Planning and Business Insights team colleagues in the provision of in-depth business performance metrics and insights that drive action and support decision making.
Our data comes from a wide range of interactions with consumers, from phone calls to chatbots to social media, and is evolving all the time. We have the vision to fully utilise this data to drive consumer-focused decision making across the business, and this position will play a key role in driving the realisation. The Consumer Insights Analyst will lead the creation of insights that move the needle for us across all interaction channels. They will analyse consumer behaviour and trends from a wide variety of sources including contact data and satisfaction surveys to communicate the voice of the consumer and the value our actions drive.
Do you have what it takes?
- Advanced ability to utilise various data sources to synthesise insights, and the communication skills to deliver deep-dive reports with strong storytelling narratives via presentations that drive change.
- Experience working with databases, producing data analytics, reporting and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics, including the automation of these.
- Advanced data analytics, modelling and visualisation skills, including use of Quick BI/Power BI and the delivery of this in-person and remotely
- Excellent overall communication and stakeholder management skills, proactively defining questions, scope and delivery
- Able to work both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional project teams
- Engagement and understanding of other business areas, data/insights sources, strategies, challenges
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud and programming languages like SQL/Python advantageous
- Business Level of English & Mandarin
