Job Description

  • Monitor, analyze, and report daily/weekly/monthly Transportation KPIs (SLA, cost, capacity utilization, service quality).
  • Identify trends, risks, and root causes of performance gaps; provide recommendations and action plans
  • Be an expert on truck planning; develop deep expertise on current operational practices & partner with Ops team to drive operational improvement
  • Partner with other internal SPX teams (Operations, OPEX, Finance) and external stakeholders (logistics vendors) to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency.
  • Drive performance reviews with stakeholders to track progress and align corrective measures.
  • Support and/or lead projects related to performance monitoring, cost optimization, and reporting automation.
  • Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and standardized reporting templates for management.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making.
  • Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Data Analytics, Data Science.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same role, BI or consultant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools. Having knowledge with AI tools is a plus.
  • Good communication, presentation skills, project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in logistics/transportation performance monitoring is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing and able to travel and perform onsite assignments. Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working under time pressure.
