The Role As a Senior Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry’s most advanced technology, AI and data. Unlike traditional firms, we move beyond "slides and theory" to deliver tangible, scalable execution that others simply cannot replicate. What You’ll Do - Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions - Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting - Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements - Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights - Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across Commercial BC while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas Requirements - Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred) - Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in two or three of the following areas: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting - Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning - Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders - Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher Nice to Have - Knowledge of Veeva products - Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions Interviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. You can work from home or the office on any given day Compensation - Total compensation: 76,000 - 125,000 EUR - The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role.
