该职位来源于猎聘 Strategic purpose of the position: Provide ‘the-best-class’ insights about consumers, shoppers and customers, and translate insights into actionable business solutions. Core responsibilities:

• Well understand category and company development situation, brand strategies, base on which think ahead of market / consumers’ insights needs proactively.
• Translate market and consumers study data into insights and actionable business solutions to support commercial decision / planning.
• Share insights learning with internal stakeholders, i.e. brand, media, sales teams and respective BU teams.
• Responsible for consumers study project management independently, including research design, fieldwork execution, quality and timeline management, cost control, data analysis, reporting and presentation.
• Build strong collaboration with agency to extend insight capability to capable agencies’ teams.
• Coordinate Regional and Global insight projects’ execution in China market.

Professional qualification and competencies

• At least 5 years research experience;
• Working experience in research / consultancy firm is preferred;
• Ability to leverage AI to improve insight generation effectiveness;
• Ability to think strategically but also focus on tactical and operational issues;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build networks and communicate with stakeholders and external agencies;
• Knowledge of best practices in research area;
• Wide experience of Qualitative and Quantitative tools and ability to deploy/apply these in the daily research needs;
• Strong project management skills. Educational / minimum requirements: Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Major in statistics, information science, marketing, economic, business administration, psychology Language:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluency or ability to quickly learn the local language
