Be responsible for assisting financial analytics manager to gather and analyze financial and operational data. Track and monitor operation KPIs (Scrap, Efficiency, consumables and other expenses). 工作职责(Responsibilities):

• Gather and analyze financial and operational data – create a bridge between Operations and

Finance; Prepare financial metrics, trend and KPIs (efficiency, scrap, indirect material and other cost);

• Standardize the Operation KPI parameters and calculation logic across all manufacturing sites;
• Consolidate monthly operation results for different manufacturing sites in different countries and present to site leadership team if needed;
• Perform monthly variance analysis against budget/forecast;
• Liaison with PMO, Operations and Procurement, Technology to identify opportunities for GP margin improvement;
• Leads efforts to identify and implement system and process changes that will improve the cost accuracy;
• Support site Finance team for process and system optimization;
• Develop, maintain and refine cost models for manufacturing processes, including Labour rates, and factory overhead allocations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, operations) to ensure cost data is accurate, complete, and reflective of operational realities.
• Evaluate and challenge cost elements, identify inefficiencies, and propose areas for cost improvement and operational savings.
• Support commercial and business development teams in preparing accurate product cost quotations for customer proposals and RFQs.
• Other ad-hocs tasks assigned by manager; 任职资格（Qualification） 1. 5 years/+ of proven experience as a cost analyst, operations analyst, or similar role;
• Manufacturing experience is a must;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English;
• Ability to understand all product costs (standard, actual and variance) and the mechanisms for controlling those costs;
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel modelling (Power BI will be a plus);
• Great attention to detail;
• Degree in Business, Accounting or similar field.
