Job Description

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, has provided sourcing, analytics, and technology solutions to help customers achieve their strategic objectives since 2001. BridgeNet's customer base spans Fortune 500 and Global 2000, and with annual logistics spend under management of over $5.4 billion, is well positioned to support its customers' complex global supply chains.

Role Summary:

The Data Analyst, Procurement & Supply Chain is a hands-on individual contributor supporting BridgeNet’s managed 4PL and procurement service offering through the collection, cleansing, transformation, and analysis of large supply chain and procurement datasets. Working under the direction of Senior Data Analysts and Senior Business Analysts, this role produces the operational reporting, dashboards, and sourcing-event analytics that enable data-driven decisions for Fortune 500 clients. The Data Analyst applies the standards, best practices, and reusable analytical models defined by the Principal Data Analyst and senior team members, contributing to the consistent, scalable delivery of insights across regional Control Tower teams and Procurement managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, cleanse, transform, and normalize large procurement, freight, and supply chain datasets from multiple client and carrier sources to prepare them for analysis and reporting.
  • Support the Sourcing Team and 4PL Control Tower on transportation RFPs — preparing, validating, and analyzing bid data, and configuring events in e-sourcing platforms such as Keelvar, Jaggaer, or Coupa.
  • Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation activities across freight, spend, and shipment datasets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of client-facing outputs.
  • Perform recurring data analysis reviews with Senior Analysts and Business Analysts to identify performance trends, exceptions, and opportunities for operational improvement across the managed service portfolio.
  • Provide technical support to business teams for big data exploration, ad hoc analysis, and self-service reporting questions, translating business needs into analytical outputs.
  • Apply enterprise analytical standards, best practices, and reusable models developed by the Principal Data Analyst and senior team members, contributing feedback to improve them over time.
  • Leverage and help create efficient ETL scripts and Python-based data pipelines to generate reusable consumption layers that support self-service reporting and recurring client deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and BI reports (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or equivalent) for both internal Control Tower teams and external client stakeholders, following BridgeNet analytical standards.
  • Collaborate across regional 4PL or Project teams and time zones to support global clients, contributing to standardized processes and workflows within and across BridgeNet regions. (APAC, EMEA, NAM)
