Paid Media Specialist

About the job

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to run paid advertising for a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads, Meta and Bing. This is a hands-on role.

It covers building, managing and optimizing campaigns, auditing accounts, and making the decisions that improve return on spend. The work involves managing client budgets directly, which means changes need to be precise and defensible, and problems need to be caught before the client sees them. Accounts include multi-location businesses running campaigns across many locations at once.

Minimum qualifications

• At least two years managing paid campaigns with direct responsibility for client budgets.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, bidding and negative keyword management.
• Ability to open an unfamiliar account, find what is wrong with it, and explain the fix and its expected impact.
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution, and the judgment to know when the data cannot be trusted.
• Comfortable making budget decisions without waiting for approval, and owning the outcome.
• Available to work 2pm to 10pm CET.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience with Bing Ads, multi-location or franchise accounts, or Pinterest and TikTok ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Bing.
• Audit existing accounts and identify what is costing money without returning it.
• Interpret performance data and translate it into specific changes, not general observations.
• Manage budgets across multiple accounts and adjust pacing as performance shifts.
• Handle multi-location campaign structures, including bulk changes across locations.
• Respond to urgent account issues quickly, including pausing or correcting live campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking correctly and confirm the data is trustworthy before acting on it.
• Explain performance and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
