Financial Controller

ASEE BSS is looking for a Financial Controller to join our local Controlling team in Skopje, Macedonia. If you enjoy working with data, turning financial insights into business decisions, and collaborating with colleagues across different teams, this could be the right opportunity for you.

As a Financial Controller, You Will

• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations for local management
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and other business teams across the organization
• Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and controlling practices
• Collaborate with experienced Finance and Controlling professionals, sharing knowledge, best practices, and driving continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 1–3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or a similar finance role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop new skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in the IT industry or an understanding of IT services business
