Work You'll Do
- Lead analytics that inform strategic business and finance decisions.

- Champion responsible AI and GenAI practices that balance value, quality, and risk.
- Accelerate delivery through automation, reusable assets, and modern platforms.
- Advise senior leaders and cultivate trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Align cross-functional teams on roles, decisions, and accountability.
- Coach team members, provide direct feedback, and create development opportunities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading complex analytics initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities through ambiguity and change.
- Advanced PowerPoint and data storytelling skills.
- Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, validation, and responsible AI/GenAI practices.
- Ability to travel X-X%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Professional services experience.
- Experience with enterprise strategy, finance transformation, executive decision support, dashboards, KPI frameworks, or analytical models.
- Experience supporting implementation and change for strategic or analytics initiatives.
