Salesloft Application Specialist

Description Of Services:

Hands-on Implementation experience on Salesloft with work experience on Sales Engagement, Salesforce integration, and B2B lead nurturing processes. Technical : Deep understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce). Must know how to map data, structure field logic, and maintain lead/contact hygiene between Salesloft and your Salesforce. Salesloft Administration: As system owners responsible for building out the platform environment, controlling governance, and mapping structural data workflows. User provisioning, permission sets, and workspace configurations. REST API: Programmatic data injection and extraction utilizing the core Salesloft API endpoint frameworks. ETL & Data Pipeline Construction: Handling massive data extractions using languages like Python or Java to cleanly populate external enterprise data warehouses Functional : Cadence Strategy & Design: Translating sales playbooks into structured, automated outreach sequences (cadences) for specific customer personas. Revenue Operations (RevOps) Acumen: Understanding the broader revenue engine. Able to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and utilize Salesloft Analytics to seal revenue leaks and track engagement. Sales Play Automation: Building "Plays" and utilizing AI, such as Salesloft Rhythm and Conductor AI, to trigger priority actions based on real-time buyer signals.

Deliverables:

-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
