We’re hiring a Sr. Business Strategy & Operations Analyst in The Colony, TX!
This is a great opportunity for a bilingual professional with experience in Planning / Supply Chain and Business Strategy to join a global manufacturing organization and play a key role in business planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic initiatives.
Location: The Colony, TX – Onsite
Salary: $93,000–$103,000
Bonus: Up to 10% annually
Relocation support may be considered
Japanese language skills are required
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain
- Business Strategy experience
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills
- Japanese/English bilingual communication skills
- Hands-on SAP experience is highly preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
The role will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and teams in Japan, and will also support an upcoming SAP implementation and business process transformation initiatives.
