HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Responsibilities

This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in logistics performance management, master data and digital transformation. You will be fully integrated in Richemont Internal Distribution Logistic Agility team to contribute to different projects and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

DATA & ANALYTICS

  • Logistics Reporting Support: Assist in setting up and improving logistics dashboards, ensuring alignment with global KPIs and reporting guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in logistics optimization projects and develop new methodologies to enhance performance measurement.
  • Data Management Support: Use BI tools (Power BI, SAP, GCP, Looker) to analyze and visualize logistics performance data.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

  • Process Analysis & Optimization: Map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, manual bottlenecks, and key opportunities for digitalization and automation.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Support the design, development, and deployment of logistic digital tools.
  • Project Support: Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation as well as helping with documentation.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You are currently pursuing a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in logistics, performance management, and data analysis or digital transformation,

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, SQL and capable of structuring and managing databases.

Proactive and autonomous, with a self-driven mindset and a can-do attitude.

Detail-oriented and rigorous, able to synthesize and communicate complex analyses effectively.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data/processes and provide actionable recommendations.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

Fluent in French and English.
