Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Fund Reporting team, we are looking for a:
Fund Reporting Analyst
As a Fund Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in the ownership, maintenance, and distribution of fund-related data and reporting across LOIM’s product range. You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of accurate and high-quality information.
This role offers a broad exposure to fund reporting, data management, and process optimisation, with opportunities to deepen your technical expertise and progressively expand into client servicing activities.
YOUR ROLE
Fund Reporting & Data Management
- Oversee the end-to-end monthly reporting process for all mutual funds, including data collection, validation, production, and distribution.
- Manage weekly and monthly performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders (Senior Management, Fund Boards, Investment and Sales teams).
- Ensure the daily dissemination of pricing data to external providers and data platforms.
Data Quality & External Platforms
- Maintain and update fund information across external fund trackers and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, Lipper, Citywire).
- Ensure all static and dynamic data related to funds and portfolio managers is consistently accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and manage updates from external providers, ensuring methodology changes are communicated internally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party data vendors.
Lifecycle & Content Management
- Manage workflows related to fund and share class launches, mergers, liquidations, and transformations.
- Maintain and perform quality control of internal databases, intranet content, and external website information.
- Produce and distribute regulatory and marketing materials (factsheets, newsletters, PRIIPs, KIIDs, EMT/EPT, etc.).
Stakeholder Support
- Respond to daily queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support RFP and Sales teams with fund-related information and data requests.
Process Improvement & Systems
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools and workflows.
- Develop a strong understanding of the underlying systems and IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and optimisation.
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant experience in asset management, fund reporting, or a related field
- Good understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, and asset classes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., VBA, SQL)
- Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau or similar)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluent in English and French
