Are you passionate about improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and driving operational excellence? Our client, a growing Food & Beverage Manufacturing company is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team and play a critical role in maximizing asset reliability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes using proven methodologies.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor asset performance and reliability metrics.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment availability.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Support capital projects and equipment lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 3+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and reliability metrics.
