Training and Compliance Data Specialist

A Snapshot of Your Day

As the EIT Training Compliance Data Specialist, your efforts will focus on three core areas: comprehensive administration of the EIT program, rigorous data analysis and compliance reporting, and continuous improvement of data workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Improve data quality and visibility for entire training lifecycle
• Assist in the administration of the EIT program
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support sourcing EIT talent when needed
• Develop KPIs, track deliverables and lead process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, computer science, or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience working with large data sets or business process analysis preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools a plus
• SQL proficiency, Oracle/APEX programming, Python or cloud platforms like snowflake a plus.
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals or basic AI proficiency
• Experience explaining findings to management or other stakeholders

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
