💼 Systems Analyst (Contract Lifecycle Management) | 1-Year Contract | Tualatin, OR (On-Site Flex)

🚀 We're hiring a Systems Analyst to support a global leader in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry. If you have experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, analytics, and process improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside legal and technology teams on high-impact projects.

📍 Location: Tualatin, OR (On-Site Flex)

💲 Pay: $34.33 - $37.29/hour

📅 Duration: 1-Year Contract

🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Partner with Legal Operations, attorneys, and legal staff to optimize contract processes and system functionality.
• Develop reports and dashboards to analyze contract performance, cycle times, and operational metrics.
• Create ad hoc reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Support system enhancements, configurations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on software implementation and process optimization projects.
• Assist with Microsoft technology stack development and system integrations as needed.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience with Icertis CLM or another Contract Lifecycle Management platform (preferred)

✅ Power BI, reporting, and data analytics experience

✅ Microsoft C#, SQL, or other Microsoft tech stack development experience (preferred)

✅ Project Management experience (Agile and/or Waterfall)

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

✅ Experience supporting Legal Operations, corporate legal departments, or law firms is a plus

✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
