Process Improvement Consultant

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a data and process-focused professional to supply the Maintenance Operations Division with designing and implementing a dashboard that provides real-time visibility into field operations across all teams. The successful candidate will create an operational management solution that improves communication, standardizes process, and provides a real-time view of field activities, project status, and resource deployment across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document existing processes, tracking, scheduling, and reporting for each team
• Design and develop a standardized dashboard solution that consolidates operation data using a Microsoft Office program.
• Create tools in the system to report on: project timelines (estimated and actual duration), specific work locations, and all real-time status updates.
• Develop forecasting and scheduling views that allow supervisors to manage monthly work plans and team assignments.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to ensure dashboard has all necessary information Provide training, documentation and ongoing support to ensure successful implementation

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analytics or project management
• Experience developing documentation, workflow maps, and governance processes
• Proven expertise designing and implementing reporting solutions using Microsoft tools like Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or SQL
• Able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Plusses:

• Experience within public sector, utility, transportation, public works, construction, field services, or infrastructure organizations
• Familiarity with change management principles and driving adoption of new business processes
