ABOUT THE ROLE

Quick commerce sits at the heart of our organisation's strategy, and it touches almost everything — supply chain, assortment, pricing, logistics, marketing, technology and finance. This role exists because someone has to see the whole board. You will join the dots across functions, brands and markets, work out how separate moving parts add up to one business story.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Join the dots across the business. Work across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech and Finance to spot where one team's decision quietly changes another team's outcome, and surface it early.

• Give shape to abstract problems. Turn open questions — what should quick commerce look like in three years? — into a structured point of view with a logic trail anyone can follow.

• Build the narrative. Produce exec-ready documents and decks for leadership and regional forums

• Drive initiatives to a landed outcome. You will carry cross-functional programmes without direct authority, so influence and follow-through is essential.

• Keep the story honest. Partner with modelling and BI to anchor the narrative in numbers

• Translate between markets and brands. Carry what works in one market across foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti

• Support budget planning and resource allocation discussions through analysis and recommendations to help meet growth and profitability targets

• Drive coordination, analysis, progress tracking, and follow-up for the company’s OKR process

• Actively engage and participate in key regular touchpoints: performance updates, financial reviews, budgeting & strategy, etc.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3–6 years in strategy, consulting, corporate development, programme management, or a generalist role in a fast-moving operating business.
• Exceptional structured storytelling, spoken and written — you can compress a complicated situation into three slides without losing the substance.
• Systems thinking: comfort reasoning about interdependencies and second-order effects, not just single-function problems.
• Strong commercial literacy. You do not need to build the model, but you must be able to interrogate it.
• A track record of working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Comfort operating from a half-written brief, and the discipline to follow a rational path to an answer.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting financial documents, including country P&Ls and investment proposals, and deriving actions from them.
