Data Mining Analyst – Life Sciences

Job Responsibilities

• Data extraction and organization throughout project lifecycle
• Provide extraction metrics
• Quality control
• Maintain process documentation
• Participating in project status meetings

• Understanding of the drug development life cycle process and the document requirements for each phase with emphasis on Regulatory documentation, e.g. INDs, and other HA Correspondence.
• Ability to create process documentation, e.g. – SOPs, metric reports, status updates

• Familiarity with Documentum
• Veeva (Actively migrating from Documentum (GDMS – Reg Data and Supporting documentation)
• NAS file shares
• Able to collaboratively develop and implement data mining strategies and processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications:

• Detail and Process Oriented
• Highly organized
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant business or scientific discipline.
• Prior experience in Pharmaceutical industry desired
