Provider Network Analytics
- Analyse provider network performance, healthcare utilisation and medical claims trends.
- Develop reports, dashboards and insights to support network management and contracting decisions.
- Monitor and forecast medical business activities and provider performance.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support business planning, performance reviews and KPI tracking.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Develop and enhance statistical models for applications such as morbidity, persistency, fraud detection and policyholder behaviour.
- Leverage analytics tools and platforms to automate and scale reporting and analysis.
- Support data-driven initiatives that improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with Health, PACS and cross-functional teams to deliver analytics-driven solutions.
- Contribute to medical research and strategic initiatives as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative and results-driven.
- Able to simplify complex analytical findings for business audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, insurance analytics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and data transformation.
- Experience with statistical modelling tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS) and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks is advantageous.
- Knowledge of insurance, health underwriting, claims and medical business is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
