To complement our team, based in Hamburg, we are looking for a:
Sales & Business Analyst (100%)
Job Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting across a broad portfolio of brands, helping to improve commercial performance and sales productivity in Germany while also supporting an additional international market. You will turn data into actionable insights, maintain accurate demand forecasts, support assortment and inventory decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools. You will work closely with local teams as well as global functions. Your main responsibilities will include:

Business Performance & Decision Support
- Produce and analyze commercial performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, availability and assortment performance).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities, risks and trends and provide business recommendations.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support decision making.
- Create and monitor Finished goods forecasts by SKU, brand, customer and channel.
- Support the Budget/Planning process.
- Track the performance vs the targets and provide best estimates
- Support assortment definition and monitor product performance.
- Support new product launches and monitor launch performance.
- Follow up on collection availability and provide related solutions
- Support Business Analysis activities for an additional international market.
- Coordinate planning activities with local teams.
- Ensure application of Business Analysis standards.
- Improve processes, reporting and analytical tools.
- Support automation and data quality initiatives.
- Contribute to transformation projects.
- University degree in Business, Economics or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analysis, Controlling, Demand Planning or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into recommendations.
- Advanced Excel; SAP, BI and Power BI knowledge. Databricks is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized and comfortable working in an international environment
