Responsibilities
- Support the digital transformation initiatives across sites by implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Operations Technology solutions
- Implement reliable, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, equipment performance, and additional benefits based on the technology identified
- Develop solutions to automate tasks, create custom functions, improve visualizations, and streamline data processes
- Proactively test and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation, efficiency, and data integration, working closely with the engineering team around implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot emerging solutions and ensuring they align with operational goals and safety standards
- Working knowledge of BMS and SCADA applications
- Experience with energy management concepts
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- Understanding of facility systems including HVAC, utilities, and industrial equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply control strategies and system logic
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results independently
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Self-directed, detailed orientated in completing tasks
- Able to work under pressure, adapt to changing work efforts and manage the impact of shifting priorities
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with project management tools and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, to build strong teams, and to interact with all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience in automation and Operations Technology systems
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facility environments
