What You’ll Do
- Help design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to business and finance stakeholders.
- Automate recurring financial reporting processes and data workflows, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement process improvements across financial planning and management reporting activities.
- Document reporting processes, data sources, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Evaluate emerging analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance finance processes and reporting capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2 - 4 years. Experience leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Adaptive Planning, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in a similar capacity within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.

Pay Transparency: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range: $58,000- $97,700
