Assistant Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager – Perfumes & Cosmetics to join our team.

This is a key operational role that will report directly to the CEO, supporting the overall management and performance of the perfumes and cosmetics business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across perfumes and cosmetics activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales, efficiency, and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, targets, KPIs, inventory, and overall business performance.
• Lead and support the sales and operations teams, ensuring strong execution and customer service.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, product availability, and coordination with procurement and suppliers.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Work closely with the CEO on business planning, performance reviews, and operational improvements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve business results.
• Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management.

Requirements

• Proven operational management experience within the perfumes and cosmetics industry.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Sales & Operations Manager in perfumes and cosmetics is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of perfume and cosmetics products, sales channels, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and achieve sales and operational targets.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on business growth and profitability.
• Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management/CEO.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market is preferred.
