Sales Manager

Reports To: GCC Sales Head

Location: Kuwait

1. Job Purpose

Responsible for driving the growth, gaining Market share for Midea and Toshiba brands in the Home Appliances and Small Domestic Appliances categories. The role needs to lead sales, distribution, marketing execution, operations, and Retail management across the Kuwait market

2. Key Responsibilities

• Drive annual sales, margin, and market share targets
• Yearly Target Achievement as aligned with Midea Annual Business Plan
• Drive category growth and category target achievement.
• Develop and execute country business plans, budgets, and forecasts
• N+2 Order planning with customers.
• Monthly OPSI review with customers.
• Lead sales operations across all channels including modern trade, traditional trade, distributors, key accounts, and projects
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners
• Drive brand execution in line with global and regional guidelines (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store)
• Manage product portfolio, pricing, promotions, and new product launches
• New Business Development – Water Heaters.
• Ensure strong product availability, inventory management, and supply chain coordination

3. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong ability to develop and execute country business strategies aligned with regional Directions

4. Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Kuwait Retail and Distribution
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait retail and distribution market

5. Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing

6. Optional / Preferred Skills:

• Skills in Data analytics, BI dashboard
• Experience in Kuwait market with established retailer relationships

7. Working Conditions
