SENIOR CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Development Specialist to support the company’s growth strategy through strategic planning, investment analysis, M&A, partnerships, and business development opportunities. The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that create long-term value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and growth plans.
• Identify and assess opportunities across new markets, business lines, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, feasibility studies, and business assessments.
• Develop financial models, valuations, business cases, ROI analysis, and scenario forecasts for potential investments.
• Support and coordinate M&A activities, including target screening, due diligence, valuation, and post-deal integration.
• Evaluate joint ventures, partnerships, alliances, and new business opportunities.
• Track strategic projects and investment performance through KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and external advisors to support deal execution.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and risks.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment, Strategy, M&A, Management Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and business case development.
• Knowledge of M&A, due diligence, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
