Role Description The Logistics ERP Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Salmiya, responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining ERP modules that support logistics and supply chain operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, implementing ERP workflows for transportation, warehousing, export management, and customer service, and integrating data across multiple systems. The role involves building and optimizing reports and dashboards, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to improve process efficiency. The Logistics ERP Developer will also support user training, documentation, and continuous enhancement of ERP features to align with evolving operational needs and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support end users.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, optimize ERP workflows, and solve complex operational issues.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes to design effective ERP solutions for logistics operations.
- Experience with ERP development or configuration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and integration tools or APIs for system connectivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Salmiya, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with logistics regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
