The KPMG Advisory Graduate Program offers an excellent opportunity to begin your professional journey in consulting. As a graduate within our Advisory practice, you will work alongside experienced professionals who will support your development through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on project experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Finance and Accounting

• Business Administration

• Or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.

• Ability to think critically, analyze information, and solve problems effectively.

• Willingness to be based in the State of Kuwait.
