SENIOR STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Transformation Specialist to support the company’s strategic planning, business transformation, and market expansion initiatives. The role will work closely with senior management and different departments to identify growth opportunities, improve business performance, and ensure strategic plans are successfully implemented.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain the company’s strategic roadmap in line with business goals.
• Analyze the business and market to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Translate strategy into clear action plans, timelines, and KPIs.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Identify and recommend improved processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Monitor transformation projects and ensure they achieve their objectives.
• Support teams through organizational and process changes.
• Identify new business opportunities and assess their potential and monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Work with different departments to prioritize growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enter new markets and support international growth.
• Develop market entry strategies, including partnerships, investments, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Assess market, regulatory, cultural, and competitive factors.
• Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Support management with analysis and strategic recommendations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, consulting, corporate planning, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or market expansion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of commercial and business operations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and work effectively with senior management.
