What You'll Do

1. Establish a business data monitoring and operational analysis system, building core KPIs across orders, users, supply, subsidies, and regions to provide data support for management decision-making.
2. Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational analysis reports, analyzing budget achievement, indicator fluctuations, and regional performance to pinpoint operational pain points, growth bottlenecks, and opportunities.
3. Conduct specialized analyses on user segmentation, subsidy efficiency, campaign ROI, category penetration, and channel contribution, uncovering actionable and quantifiable optimization solutions.
4. Follow up on the implementation of management decisions, forming a closed loop of analysis, suggestion, implementation, and review.
5. Support the decomposition and implementation of business operational goals, establish a key indicator system, and implement daily performance monitoring and early warning with root cause analysis for anomalies.
6. Translate data analysis conclusions into business language and collaborate with operations, product, supply chain, and finance teams to drive strategy implementation and business problem-solving.
7. Monitor industry trends and dynamics, combining market information with internal data to provide forward-looking judgments for business direction.

What We Need From You

1. Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, finance, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data operations, or the internet, food delivery, or O2O industry; experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or local services is preferred.
3. Strong data sensitivity and structured thinking ability, able to accurately identify core issues and opportunities from data.
4. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with Python, R, or Power BI is preferred.
5. Data modeling and visualization skills, able to transform complex data into clear business insights.
6. Excellent cross-departmental communication and resource integration skills, able to translate data analysis into business language and drive consensus and implementation.
7. Strong presentation and data storytelling ability, able to clearly present analysis results to management.
8. Ability to independently manage and deliver cross-departmental projects.
