Essential Job Functions
- Review new accounts and support tagging accordingly to designated representatives and leadership. Assigning new accounts to teams and households.
- Utilize the various platforms to review data for accuracy as well as provide necessary updates, maintaining data integrity.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Advisors regarding account and transaction review as well as resolving issues. Handling complex and escalated requests to resolve issues and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Facilitating and directing the flow of data from Black Diamond into additional systems. Following up to ensure transferred data is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels with weekly reporting, documentation and data. Reporting findings to additional stakeholders and leaders.

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to qualify large amounts of data
- Technical knowledge and understanding of broker-dealer and RIA business processes
- 2-4 years of prior Financial Services and/or Wealth Management experience
- 1+ years of experience with Wealth Reporting, CRM, and industry-specific platforms (e.g. Pershing, Schwab, Fidelity)
- Experience with Black Diamond Wealth Platform or equivalent portfolio report tool is required
- Four-year college or university program certificate in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
