AI-Enabled Pricing Analyst

Milacron is looking for an AI-Enabled Pricing Analyst to join our team in Batavia, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for executing aftermarket pricing strategies, maintaining pricing governance, supporting sales quoting activities, managing pricing data integrity, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve pricing decisions and margin performance.

Work You’ll Do

• Own aftermarket pricing execution, including list pricing updates, discount governance, strategic account pricing, and margin monitoring.
• Support daily pricing quote activity, international pricing requests, and real-time pricing inquiries from Sales and Customer Service.
• Maintain and enhance AI-enabled pricing tools, pricing automation processes, and analytics capabilities.
• Conduct pricing, margin, and customer trend analysis to support profitable aftermarket growth and pricing strategy decisions.
• Ensure pricing master data accuracy and support ongoing pricing governance, reporting, and system updates.

Qualifications

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, sales operations, FP&A, aftermarket operations, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, pricing, or commercial data systems.
• Understanding of margin analysis, price realization, discounting, and cost-to-serve concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support time-sensitive pricing decisions.

Preferred / Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, or aftermarket service environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled pricing optimization, predictive analytics, or generative AI tools applied to business processes.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power Query, or similar analytics and data transformation tools.
• Experience with JDE, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
• MBA, analytics certification, pricing certification, or equivalent business training.
