Accounting Specialist – Reconciliations (Grade 7)

About U.S. Bancorp India Private Limited (USBIPL)

Join U.S. Bank’s Global Capability Center (USBIPL) in Chennai and start your career in accounting and financial operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure financial activity is accurate and balanced while learning how a global bank operates.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform daily reconciliation and exception research using reports and data
  • Identify and research differences, perform clearing activities
  • Document your work clearly and escalate questions as needed
  • Work with teammates to resolve items, support workload on time and accurately
  • Work across assigned functional area: Retail Cash, ATM, Payment Card activity, Network Settlement

Skills & Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, or recent graduates in accounting/finance
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Curiosity to ask questions and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working with Excel, data and multiple systems simultaneously
  • Clear written English for documentation, and management updates
