Team Overview
The US Solutions team is responsible for driving the strategic direction, business performance, and operational execution of TransUnion's US Solutions organization. Reporting into the SVP of US Solutions, the team partners closely with executive leadership, product organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, accelerate execution, and deliver outcomes that support TransUnion's growth strategy.This team serves as a central bridge across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal, ensuring leaders have the insights, governance, and organizational alignment needed to execute key business initiatives. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the SVP of US Solutions, helping drive organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes across the Solutions organization.
- Lead strategic planning activities, including development, execution tracking, and coordination of multi-year business plans, operating priorities, and executive-level initiatives.
- Develop executive communications, presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, executive committees, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Coordinate leadership operating rhythms, including executive forums, planning cycles, governance processes, and cross-functional business reviews, ensuring alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to advance organizational goals and remove barriers to execution.
- Lead and support special projects ranging from organizational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives to product portfolio, operational, and growth-focused opportunities.
- Drive business operations activities, including performance management, KPI tracking, portfolio visibility, financial and operational reporting, and executive insights.
- Conduct research, analyze business challenges, assess opportunities, and develop recommendations that support informed decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously while ensuring effective stakeholder communication, timeline management, and successful delivery of key objectives.
- Support change management, organizational communications, and leadership engagement activities that help build alignment across the broader US Solutions organization.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- 8+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, business operations, chief of staff, program management, product strategy, transformation, or related strategic leadership functions with demonstrated success supporting executive-level priorities.
- Experience developing executive-facing presentations, communications, business reviews, and strategic recommendations, with the ability to translate complex information into concise, actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed organizations, including influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
- Strong project management, organizational leadership, and business planning experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and applicable professional experience.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including development of executive-level presentations, strategic business reviews, and leadership communications.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including KPI analysis, reporting, financial analysis, dashboard development, and business performance tracking.
- Experience building executive reporting frameworks, operational reporting, and performance measurement tools that support data-driven decision making.
- Strong business writing capabilities with experience creating concise, executive-ready communications for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Experience utilizing project management and collaboration tools to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups.

- MBA or other advanced business-related degree.

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $142,500.00 - $237,500 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan.
