This position is based in our Maitland, FL office,
and candidates must reside within a commutable distance to support full-time on-site or hybrid work.
In this role, you will...
- Own end-to-end completion of complex financial data call templates and submit accurately and timely to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies
- Lead the resolution of bureau edits, criticisms, and rejections, partnering with Accounting and Technology teams to correct root causes
- Train and mentor Analyst-level staff on financial data call processes and bureau submission requirements
- Lead the design, maintenance, and improvement of complex databases and datafeeds supporting bureau reporting, and identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise on NCCI and state bureau requirements, representing ReSource Pro professionally with clients and regulators
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and financial data call/bureau submission processes
- Direct hands-on experience completing NCCI and/or state financial data call templates and resolving bureau edits and criticisms
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and working knowledge of SQL queries and database management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity, deadline-driven work across multiple states and clients simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and provide guidance to less experienced team members, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, including direct communication with regulatory bodies
- Technological proficiency – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems
