Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking aLead Analyst, Financial Data Complianceto serve as the senior subject matter expert for financial data call and bureau reporting, owning the accurate and timely completion of highly complex financial data submissions to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies on behalf of clients. This role leads the resolution of bureau edits and criticisms, trains and mentors reporting staff, and drives the process improvements that protect clients from regulatory fines. Work completed directly impacts trust and partnership with the client.

This position is based in our Maitland, FL office,

and candidates must reside within a commutable distance to support full-time on-site or hybrid work.

In this role, you will...

• Own end-to-end completion of complex financial data call templates and submit accurately and timely to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies
• Lead the resolution of bureau edits, criticisms, and rejections, partnering with Accounting and Technology teams to correct root causes
• Train and mentor Analyst-level staff on financial data call processes and bureau submission requirements
• Lead the design, maintenance, and improvement of complex databases and datafeeds supporting bureau reporting, and identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise on NCCI and state bureau requirements, representing ReSource Pro professionally with clients and regulators

What You Need To Be Successful...

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and financial data call/bureau submission processes
• Direct hands-on experience completing NCCI and/or state financial data call templates and resolving bureau edits and criticisms
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and working knowledge of SQL queries and database management
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity, deadline-driven work across multiple states and clients simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution
• Demonstrated ability to train,mentor, and provide guidance to less experienced team members, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, including direct communication with regulatory bodies
• Technologicalproficiency– able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range for this role is $55,822-$94,760 per year. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
