OneStream Senior Developer AI and Analytics Solutions Delivery Manager

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As a Delivery Senior Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• Configure and develop OneStream solutions that support planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and reporting processes aligned to established solution designs
• Build and maintain business rules, including calculations, validations, allocations, and transformations, using OneStream development tools and delivery standards
• Support data management activities, including data loads, mappings, transformations, reconciliations, and error handling within OneStream and comparable corporate performance management platforms
• Develop scripts and queries using VB.NET and Structured Query Language (SQL) to support automation, integrations, and issue resolution
• Execute testing activities, resolve defects across workflows, data loads, reports, and business rules, and support stable releases
• Produce technical documentation, including configuration notes, rule logic descriptions, deployment steps, and runbooks, to support repeatable delivery and ongoing operations

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring OneStream solutions
• 3+ years of experience creating business rules and performing data management in OneStream, Hyperion, or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)
• 3+ years of experience scripting in VB.NET or Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
