Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Internship, academic, or professional experience working with data, reporting, or business systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Create, maintain, and update Master Data in SAP.
- Support data onboarding, validation, and maintenance activities.
- Perform data audits and assist with data quality initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar tools.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Python or other technologies.
- Assist with documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Analyze trends and metrics to help improve operational efficiency.
- Interested in building a career in Master Data Management, Analytics, or Data Governance.
- Enjoys working with data and solving problems.
- Has a strong desire to learn technical skills, including Python and data visualization tools.
- Takes ownership, asks questions, and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
